My phone is frozen and won't respond.
Unsolved problem list for the Blackberry Curve 9320
(Click on a problem to comment or help)I bought a new Blackberry Curve 9320 in November 2014 and in December 2014 discovered the 2 on the dialing pad wasn't working. I took it back to the store, HI-FI Corporation, and the staff send it in for repairs. It is more than 3 weeks now and when I called them they informed me they will call me when it arrives. They could not give me a specific date when the phone will be returned and I am very frustrated. I have written to the head office of HI-FI Corporation and complaint the poor service. I did not receive any reply from them and in my letter I asked the question why couldn't they give me a new cellphone in return for the one that was obviously faulty the day I bought it. Has anyone who purchased a new BB ever had the same kind of problem with the BB Curve 9320 and can I have a suggestion what to do next?
everytime i try writing my password in, the letters change into something else.
example: there is a w is my password everytime i try to write the w in it turns into another letter thats on the opposite of my keyboard ie: h.. not really)
what to do. i cant un lock my phone!!!
My blackberry curve 9320 kept freezing so im a patient person and just ignored it for the mean time but then the freezing got worse and it froze with that little black square clock thing every 3 minutes. I then decided id take the battery out and do a reboot on it. once I put the battery back in and the bar had loaded the whole screen turned black and the black square clock thing (that shows its loading appeared) so I just waited and it wasn't loading I left it for like an hour when I came back it was still the same. so I took the battery out again and tried rebooting it again. the same thing happened. I tried this 3 more times and nothing. its been 3 days now and my phone is literally frozen on this screen and I don't know what to do. I was wondering if getting a new battery for it would help considering iv had the phone for almost 2 years now but there was nothing wrong with the battery life. is the battery causing this freezing problem? would getting a new battery help? why is the phone doing this? im going to try getting a new battery today but if it doesn't help I'll just return the battery. I have tried taking the sim card out but the problem continues so this is all I can do for now. please help :)

My supplier said that my phone has a hearing aid function but now I've come to use this function, I find the option is not even there to switch on. I've been told it may not be supported, but how do I get this function on my phone? My contract isn't up until next May but I've just become a hearing aid wearer and since, can't hear when I'm using my phone. I can't wait until next year to upgrade to a better one, but equally can't use the one I've got. Please help
Problem: My bb9320 keeps asking me to repair my memory card, and when I try doing so with the phone it tells me 'media card repair failed'. I've tried changing memory cards so many times and even formatted them as well but the problem persists. I need help
My bb 9320 sound turns to silent even when its still in loud mode and my music player also shows an error but as soon as I reboot its fine for a while.

Sometimes when I make calls or receive a call ,then my blacberry curve 9320 would just cut the call and say "call could not be connected" and then I have to redial again :/ and that annoys me ,what could be the problem?

Solution 1: Do a hard reset. Hold the power button down for ten seconds or so, or Google how to do a hard reset.
