The phone keeps restarting randomly. I can't get anything done because I keep having to sort it out after my phone reboots.

It did'nt get in any contact with water and i did'nt drop it. Someone please help? this is already two days haha :( and sometimes the touchscreen does work but for a few seconds and then it's frozen.

Good afternoon ! My almost new (less than 3 motnhs old) P6 quit charging on power outlet or on external power bank. The battery is now 0% and even if pluged-in, the P6 is not charging and going off, shutting down. I did nothing to it before this happens. It was not dropped, forced, updated, or anything wich can harm it. Can you help ? Thank you !

I have Huawei Y511-U30. I use go launcher. My phone shuts down every now and then without a reason. It shows message that "your phone will shutdown in 10 seconds". What is the solution to this problem

Solution 1: There may be a few reasons for this. In a phone that had a removable memory card, I would say to take that out and try again without it (or reformat the card) but in this case I think it is possibly due to either (a) an application that is running in the background that is causing the reboot, or (b) a faulty component. For (a), try to shut down any applications that are currently running, particularly any that are new to your phone. For (b), try turning off all the additional functions on your phone and see if that stops the problem. If so, turn them on one by one until you find out what is the root of the problem. If not, feel how warm your phone is when it restarts - is it overheating?
