Mobile Phone and Smart Phone problems and solutions for the Huawei Ascend P2

Problem: The phone keeps dropping my calls every one to two minutes.I have reset the phone multiple times with no results and there is no software update for it.Could some one help me please?

Solution 1: try to see if you installed an application that is running in the background. possibly interfering, you can try to install "adpush detector" free from play store. remove any apps it suggests.

Problem: My Huawei Ascend P2 can only make/receive calls in speaker mode. If I don't enable speaker mode, the call will connect but there is no sound when I hold the phone to my ear.

Solution 1: Mine does this a lot I have to completely shut the phone down and leave for a few minutes and turn back on and put into aeroplane mode. Then turn aeroplane mode off wait for signal to come back and make a call and the speaker will work. If this doesn't work then the speaker at the top for your ear could be broken

Problem: i have a huawei p2 ascend and if it turn it on it keeps restarting itself every 5 seconds when the screen comes, its really annoying me now as i need a phone what the hell it wrong with it, its just over a year old by a few days.help before i throw it at a wall

Solution 1: Reboot into recovery mode, you can google how to do this. usually power button plus volume up/down, then clear the cache partition , once the phone comes back on. try to install kitkat launcher, + kitkat tools from the play store. these are very useful and have functionality to recycle the RAM

Problem: Hi,
My Huawei P2 has just shut down by itself and wont turn back on.
Ive tried pressing all the buttons, recharging it and connecting to my PC but it appears to be commpletly dead!"

Solution 1: Try pressing volume up/down + power (3 buttons) for 10sec. It should "hard reset".

Problem: My phone uses a lot of battery life very quickly and gets very hot.It also freezes until it cools down.

Problem: when im texting it goes off and the same thing on fb the icons on the home screen go off then come back on but it happens all the time ive done reset and its still the same any answers ????

Solution 1: Maybe you accidentaly keeps pressing the home button, the one in the middle right under the on-screen spacebar.

Problem: Hi I have the ascend p2 4G LTE version and it has suddenly stopped computing how much my apps are using, allowing me to clear my cache memory, delete anything from my phone or delete any apps I've installed from android market. Not only that it has suddenly started to heat up extremly quick when I am not using it and not running any apps. It then drains the power instantly from a full battery to empty in about 30 mins when im not using the phone. Please suggest what I can do. I have factory reset and still no difference

Problem: phone overheating and stops working

Solution 1: Go an reboot into recovery mode and clear the cache partition, once it reboots it should be much better. also keep on top of closing all non used apps.

Problem: my p2 battery is continually overheating and closing or freezing the phone operations.
Now I have a fault coming up which says " Unfortunately Huwaei Home page has stopped "
I cannot flick between pages or use home button. Only way in is through the thumbnail icon.

Solution 1: try the following steps,
1 load up into recovery mode, by holding power +volume up /down .
2 clear the cache partition
3 restart the phone
4 install "kitkat launcher" from the google play store
