Solution 1:
Check for a new software / firmware update for your phone. You might even have to do a factory reset if this doesn't work, but that is an absolute last resort. 0 out of 0 people found this solution helpful.

Solution 1:
How to create and personalize Caller Group and add contacts in (for CAT B25)
1. Select “Contacts” 2. Go to “Add new contact” 3. Select “Options” 4. Select “Caller groups” 5. Select “Add new group” 6. Set NAME 7. From “Options” -> “Save” 8. From “Options” -> “Groups Settings” set CALLER PICTURE/CALLER RINGTONE/CALLER VIDEO
Setting CALLER RINGTONE With < and > buttons select Ringtone or go to “From file” with one click to < Select "Options" -> and then “From file” Open Phone storage Select “Audio” Select preferred Ringtone/Song
9. To add member select “View members” -> “Add”
• The List will be empty eventually and a “No contact available” warning will show
To add contact/s in this List go to the contact in your “Contacts” you want to add to the Caller Group Select “Options” Select “Copy” Select “To phone” Select “Yes”
A copy of the contact will appear on your contact list (with different icon in front of it, a small phone)

Problem: Bluetooth Problem: When I try to pair my Cat B25 phone with the Ford Sync Audio System in my 2014 Ford Fiesta, everything seems to go ok in that the phone recognises the Sync system, and the car Audio system recognises the B25 phone, the PIN numbers match OK but when the phone tries to complete the pairing and connection, the connection fails.
Problem: Hello. I removed a battery from my CAT B25 to replace one of the sim-cards by another, and when I returned battery and switched on the phone, it is asked, on a display (this is the first time I see that) to input a phone password into the blank field. I never set any passwords before, not on the sim cards, nor on the phone, so it is very strange. I checked the manual and advices on net, found that factory code is 1122, tried, but it sad WRONG. And there's another problem - there is 8 places, I mean you can go up to 8 numbers to put as a password into the line. How is that? And what do I do now? Man who serviced the phone earlier doesn't know how to solve. You can not either do the factory reset 'cause that screen with the asked password can not be passed to go to the main manu and settings. PLEASE HELP! I need to use that phone badly, many imp. data are stored in it. Tnx!!
Problem: Caller ID can not be set. Phone does not transmit my number even though the phone network would allow it. Support informs me that this is intentional. When is the fix planned?
Problem: Every time the phone is scheduled to power off a tune starts playing and i have to choose from options yes or no to power off the phone. Where can i disable the tune and set the automatic power off?
Even if your phone was advertised as being *free* on a contract, you are paying for it through your monthly payments and you have the same rights that you would had you bought any other electronic item - i.e. at least a year under the Sale of Goods Act.
You do not have to take what you are offered. Don't feel pressured into taking a phone you know nothing about. Check reviews online before you buy a new phone.
Make sure you understand how much you use your phone before you sign up to a new contract. If you only use 250 minutes a month, a 1,000 minute a month contract isn't going to be any good for you. Work out how much you need and look at plans around that amount.
