(Click on a problem to comment or help)I am not able to receive mms messages directly, even though the menu is set to download automatically. I only receive a message from my service provider that I have a new mms and that I need to access the service provider website to see that.
My B15 fell on the ground and the screen is broken. Touchscreen is working perfectly but I don't know what parts do I have to change. Is it only the display or the LCD with a flat cable?
Where to buy replacement parts?
my cat B15 is v. hot went insert a micro sd 1800 htz went i install another micro sd 800 hrz the problem disappears

I cant send or recieve calls although the signal reception bar is full, also i cant recieve whatsapp messages, however it works when i turn off the phone and turn it on again, but i dont know when this problem is happening because the signal bar is full and the phone doesnt make any sign of not working. I have to call myself every hour to check if its working or not. And i cant keep with the phone working like this.
it would be great if you could give me an answer.

Solution 1: Go to the Icon for the phone.
Go to settings.
Check Voicemail..
Unecheck the autoanswer box.
Done and done..
