Solution 1:
Do a hard reset. Hold the power button down for ten seconds or so, or Google how to do a hard reset. 0 out of 0 people found this solution helpful.

Problem: All of a sudden my phone does not connect to my truck. Under the bluetooth setting is says initializing BLUETOOTH now, wait a moment, It has said these for 2 days. I can not get past this. I do not want to set my phone back to factory reset, I am afraid I will loose my pictures and contacts.
Problem: When I put my saved names on the top ten list, it always places the last one I entered to the bottom. Is there a way to alphabetize the top ten list, or place them in an order I prefer?
Problem: My Doro 611 keeps often says Sos calls only. Also it's getting impossible to charge and keeps saying invalid charger, or just stays dark, or will just charge for a few seconds and then says remove plug as if fully charges or says low battery. I have to fiddle about for ages trying to get it charged. Can you help please?
Problem: The message waiting green led flashes though there are no messages in the Inboxis . Turning off (and leaving) makes no difference . Any suggestions please. Bert Morris
Even if your phone was advertised as being *free* on a contract, you are paying for it through your monthly payments and you have the same rights that you would had you bought any other electronic item - i.e. at least a year under the Sale of Goods Act.
You do not have to take what you are offered. Don't feel pressured into taking a phone you know nothing about. Check reviews online before you buy a new phone.
Make sure you understand how much you use your phone before you sign up to a new contract. If you only use 250 minutes a month, a 1,000 minute a month contract isn't going to be any good for you. Work out how much you need and look at plans around that amount.
