My phone works fine, Except that if I select "camera" the whole phone freezes and the only way to unfreeze it is to remove/replace the battery, help, please!
My Doro 612 has the problem that when I went use it the screen was blank and white in colour I removed the battery to reboot but nothing I have done works, has the screen gone and cannot be used any more can you help. Thank You
When adding a new contact I am only getting the option of a mobile number to add. There is no home or office listed. Any ideas why this is happening?
I got the doro 612 easy phone for my grandad due to him being hard of hearing but the phone keeps reducing its ring volume on its own how do I stop this as I'm having to keep turning it up to full then after a few calls it's on lowest volume again

Been fine but last few weeks says camera module not ready = ???
New Doro Phoneeasy ... Everything seems ok except the camera. Trying to get into camera mode, all I get is a flashing ERROR sign and a 'Beeping' sound. Can anyone help solve this?
Camera frozen on screen cannot take photos
Hi, the new message light keep flashing and when I go in there is a message >pers when I open it there is a cross on the screen which says "not finished" and it does not give me the option to delete the message! this is anew phone> any ideas!!
I bought the Doro phone for my mom. Just recently, it stopped charging and says "invalid charger". Doro sent me a new charger but same error message. Any suggestions or is this now garbage? Doro does not want to help nor will they give me any suggestions. Another crappy phone that will now end up in the land fill!
Blank screen, illuminated bu no display or menu.
I have a brand new doro 612 which I fully carged for 3 hours this morning. On opening the flip case and swithcing in the screen illuminates but there is no display. I can dial out and phone rings when called. Without the display the phone is useless.
I have just bought a Doro PhoneEasy 612 and it will call mobiles fine, however when i try calling landlines there is no calling sound, even when the landline is answered they cannot hear me and I cannot hear them.
My Doro Phone Easy 612 is continually showing SOS calls only. I am not receiving calls or texts. This happened suddenly 2 days ago. It is fully charged and plenty of credit on it. Would appreciate help. Thank you. JM

Solution 1: I had this problem with the phone it was due to memory issues, the camera worked again after I deleted about 5 photos.

Solution 1: I had the same problem with my Doro 612 which was only 13 months old. I took the phone to a mobile repair shop and was told that it needed a new LCD screen. The cost for the part and labour was going to be expensive so was advised just to buy a new phone. I was annoyed at the technical support at Doro as they did not reply to my email when I told them of the problem.

Solution 1: Go into settings and change phone book storage to phone from sim or visa versa

- Make sure you store entries on the phone and not the SIM Card which will only allow a single entry classed as mobile.

Solution 1: The volume control for the 612 is on the side. It is quite possible that he is accidentally turning down the volume when he picks up and holds the phone.
The volume can be adjusted during a call without going into the menu. I suggest you practice this with him when you are there.
I say this from experience because my friend (partially sighted) was doing it. She thought the phone was broken because she could not hear anybody.
