Solution 2:
The battery may be somewhat "loose" so when you put the phone down it temporarily loses power and then subsequently reboots. Try placing some paper or tape on the battery to make a tighter fit. 0 out of 0 people found this solution helpful.

Solution 3:
There may be a few reasons for this. In a phone that had a removable memory card, I would say to take that out and try again without it (or reformat the card) but in this case I think it is possibly due to either (a) an application that is running in the background that is causing the reboot, or (b) a faulty component. For (a), try to shut down any applications that are currently running, particularly any that are new to your phone. For (b), try turning off all the additional functions on your phone and see if that stops the problem. If so, turn them on one by one until you find out what is the root of the problem. If not, feel how warm your phone is when it restarts - is it overheating? 0 out of 0 people found this solution helpful.
Solution 1:
In my case it was VIBER who made the mic go off. When I uninstalled viber everything was OK again. 1 out of 1 person found this solution helpful.

Solution 2:
Check for a new software / firmware update for your phone. You might even have to do a factory reset if this doesn't work, but that is an absolute last resort. 0 out of 0 people found this solution helpful.

Problem: I have set up groups but i cant work out how to select certain people from that group to send a message to. it allows me to choose but then adds all the members of that group!
Problem: I can't be heard on most voice calls. Sometimes heard only for 10 secs then cut off. I can hear the other caller. Doesn't matter if i call them or they call me or whether landline or mobile. It never works on viber app. I uninstalled viber and tried voice calls but had same issue. I tried to use mute/unmute and speaker but people still can't hear me.
Problem: After reading a message and I'm wanting to reply I am unable to get the keypad up to write a message as the screen has frozen and so I have to come out of my messages and go back in through the message senders name in my contacts list plus I'm unable to connect to mobile internet through either wifi or 3G. I had picked an individual tune for when my partner rings me but that has disappeared and also I miss alot of calls as the volume is very low but I'm unable to make it any louder.
Problem: I sometimes connect my G510 to a computer in order to download material from the Internet. However, after disconnecting the phone from the computer, all my apps (on the SD card) are 'greyed out' and unusable. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks.
Problem: Sometimes I can send texts and make calls and other times, I cant send texts and cant make calls. the only thing that fixes it is turning it off and on again. Any suggestions on what might be wrong and how i can fix it?
Problem: I bought the Huawei y 320, when I make call I have no problem with voive of others on the phone but my partners have Complained that they hear a constant noice (zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz) and sy voice is low.
Even if your phone was advertised as being *free* on a contract, you are paying for it through your monthly payments and you have the same rights that you would had you bought any other electronic item - i.e. at least a year under the Sale of Goods Act.
You do not have to take what you are offered. Don't feel pressured into taking a phone you know nothing about. Check reviews online before you buy a new phone.
Make sure you understand how much you use your phone before you sign up to a new contract. If you only use 250 minutes a month, a 1,000 minute a month contract isn't going to be any good for you. Work out how much you need and look at plans around that amount.
