yesterday my phone was telling me the battery was low...I have charged it overnight and it now doesn't work at al ....no date no time when I open it...please help..

My doro easy 610 has blank screen ,which is the power button?

My phone was stolen 3.5 years ago and texts were taken, and are now being used in a court case..I have got the phone back, and the courts are requesting to see it, to look how it is when switched on and how the thief retrieved the texts, but the phone is absolutely dead. I tried to charge with no response at all. Is this because the phone has been switched off for all these years.
By the way it did work when I got it back, but then I boxed it up and have now come to use it and can't use as evidence in the case.
My option to get the camera app up on my mobile has now disappeared. Also the option to get my photo's up is also not there?
my Doro Phone Easy 615 will not charge for the first time since purchasing it in November 2013..I have always been very satisfied with this product of yours and should be very sorry to have to change itThank you for any help you may be able to offer,Yours faithfully

Solution 1: this is my 2nd doro phone in 9mths this has gone has the last one. the message on the screen saying sos calls only can't send text or make a call. I checked the sim and tried another sim make no differents 2 the problem please help

- Phone goes straight to voicemail when rung.

Solution 1: Do a hard reset. Hold the power button down for ten seconds or so, or Google how to do a hard reset.
