Doro torch will not turn off. Removed and replaced the battery and it's still on running down the battery.
Hi,my doro phone easy 615 not allowing to receive a phone call or make a calls always a message on the screen call ended.
The RED led light still works when charging but the GREEN led light no longer works when messages received. Any suggestions?

I received three calls this morning on opening it showed that name of a person in my phone book, said silent to left of screen,closed down ,not showing calls in call log and person had not made calls?

Solution 1: this is my 2nd doro phone in 9mths this has gone has the last one. the message on the screen saying sos calls only can't send text or make a call. I checked the sim and tried another sim make no differents 2 the problem please help

Solution 1: Do a hard reset. Hold the power button down for ten seconds or so, or Google how to do a hard reset.
