My HUawei G510 wont turn on at all, and will not even except th charger

The phone keeps restarting randomly. I can't get anything done because I keep having to sort it out after my phone reboots.

Microphone malfunction.

My g510 phone mic same time is not working pls help

I purchased this phone in December by late January calls started dropping i hear ppl but they dont hear me... service drops but places where service is best calls drop there too. In order to continue a call i hv to put my phone on loud speaker repeatedly. Music and vids volume is great games too i dont know whats wrong with my phone.. the phone gets hot at times and rebooting problem was stopped when i wiped it...

Emergency calls are activated....how to remove emergency calls in huawei ascend 510

The Phones Touch screen wont
respond when I try to swipe it to unlock to answer a call or a message it wont, I took the battery out and put it back in still did not work.I can receive calls and messages but not answer them frozen.

i have lost a whole page. on the page was large icons of the battery showing power thats been used a sim card and memory card showing how much memory has been used

Solution 1: Try taking the battery out for a few seconds then put it back in. This worked for me.

Solution 1: A hard reset could help
And if the hard reset won't help go back to the shop and explain the problem

Solution 2: The battery may be somewhat "loose" so when you put the phone down it temporarily loses power and then subsequently reboots. Try placing some paper or tape on the battery to make a tighter fit.

Solution 3: There may be a few reasons for this. In a phone that had a removable memory card, I would say to take that out and try again without it (or reformat the card) but in this case I think it is possibly due to either (a) an application that is running in the background that is causing the reboot, or (b) a faulty component. For (a), try to shut down any applications that are currently running, particularly any that are new to your phone. For (b), try turning off all the additional functions on your phone and see if that stops the problem. If so, turn them on one by one until you find out what is the root of the problem. If not, feel how warm your phone is when it restarts - is it overheating?

Problem: Microphone malfunction.

Solution 1: In my case it was VIBER who made the mic go off. When I uninstalled viber everything was OK again.

Solution 2: Check for a new software / firmware update for your phone. You might even have to do a factory reset if this doesn't work, but that is an absolute last resort.
