Have an EE SIM card. When I press the camera button I get a red cross and the word "ERROR"Is this a phone or a system problem ?

My phone is fully charged but wont turn on. Have had this trouble before and took it to a shop. When i went back to collect it i was told there was no problem and it was working. That was about 8wks ago and it has done it again. What can i do. I need my phone as i am elderly and i feel secure as i can always ring my daughter. Help!
What is remote call connection
keep getting sos calls only so cant phone or text this is the 2nd doro phone in 9mths even tried other sim card still the same please can you help sort the problem out
all aspects of the phone work perfectly but the ring in has stopped
my green light wont stop flashing and when phone is open it is showing a red phone with exclamation mark icon.
My Doro is just over 2 weeks old. I now can't use it as the screen has stopped working why? I haven't dropped it. Ridiculous situation.

Solution 1: this is my 2nd doro phone in 9mths this has gone has the last one. the message on the screen saying sos calls only can't send text or make a call. I checked the sim and tried another sim make no differents 2 the problem please help

- Phone goes straight to voicemail when rung.

Solution 1: Do a hard reset. Hold the power button down for ten seconds or so, or Google how to do a hard reset.
