BATTERY and CASE LID : I know the answer to the cracking, I have a BC5i and the rear case lid has cracked, this is due to the battery overheating or some other physical problem. I NEED TO FIND THE SPARES DEPT tried loads of these paper barons (middle men)no luck. Does anyone have the contact details for the phone supplier. I'm worried this might be a battery about to go nucleur. My local supplier only bought through a middle man.

Error file restore default has appeared on the screen and wont let me do anything, none of the button work.

Bought this phone for my elderly mum - put her Orange SIM card in but getting message of no service - unable to make or receive calls
Bought BC5i but won't work with my virgin sim. Just says no service on display. Anyone have any ideas?
just bought this phone from amazon and it won't work with virgin mobile it see's Virgin Media as T Mobile instead but has no signal and won't receive or make calls
