this is my 2nd doro phone in 9mths this has gone has the last one. the message on the screen saying sos calls only can't send text or make a call. I checked the sim and tried another sim make no differents 2 the problem please help 0 out of 1 person found this solution helpful.

Problem: My camera has stopped working as not technically mindedness have no clue it shows on screen top and bottom small white box one with a zero and plus minus signs one with 1 and plus minus signs have tried fiddling with volume control as I am guessing it is something to do with that but no luck
Problem: When I want to write a text I see a white box with black tick by side EL is written........how can I remove it so only usual alphabet is used.
Problem: I do not seem to be receiving sent texts as soon as they are sent. In fact sometimes it is the next day and not always when I turn the mobile on in the morning could be an hour or so. What can I do?

Problem: phone just keeps buzzing and vibrating wont turn off or on have to remove battery to stop it.as soon as the battery is refitted the buzzing starts again.
Even if your phone was advertised as being *free* on a contract, you are paying for it through your monthly payments and you have the same rights that you would had you bought any other electronic item - i.e. at least a year under the Sale of Goods Act.
You do not have to take what you are offered. Don't feel pressured into taking a phone you know nothing about. Check reviews online before you buy a new phone.
Make sure you understand how much you use your phone before you sign up to a new contract. If you only use 250 minutes a month, a 1,000 minute a month contract isn't going to be any good for you. Work out how much you need and look at plans around that amount.
