Problem: When I connect the phone to the charger, I have to insert it several times until it makes contact and the contact light flashes. But after a moment or two it bleeps and a message appears saying there is a faulty contact although after fiddling around with the contact jack it eventually settles down. It's not the charger that's at fault as the problem exists with 2 separate identical charges. Thanks Arthur

Problem: I want to activate my voicemail. When I press '1' it auto dials AAA. what do I have to do. I don't have nor want AAA on my phone and I can't find a way to delete the AAA number. Mike Bonner bonnermike@att.net
Even if your phone was advertised as being *free* on a contract, you are paying for it through your monthly payments and you have the same rights that you would had you bought any other electronic item - i.e. at least a year under the Sale of Goods Act.
You do not have to take what you are offered. Don't feel pressured into taking a phone you know nothing about. Check reviews online before you buy a new phone.
Make sure you understand how much you use your phone before you sign up to a new contract. If you only use 250 minutes a month, a 1,000 minute a month contract isn't going to be any good for you. Work out how much you need and look at plans around that amount.
