Hello, my doro 615 will not charge, the light will not blink when its charging and now it will not power on.

Hand book says can store 3 numbers under each name eg mobile,home,,office I can only store 1 under mobile will not scroll down to others
On vibrate because I am deaf and it is not vibrating, help I rely on my phone
when I make a call my ID says PRIVATE NUMBER, even though I am set up as a contact.
My mother's phone said SOS calls only, even though there was plenty of signal. Afer trying every other option, I performed the factor reset, however, now it is asking for a pass code and the default code of 1234 doesn't work. I have been onto Doro but so far, no-one is able to help me. Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do now please??

Solution 1: this is my 2nd doro phone in 9mths this has gone has the last one. the message on the screen saying sos calls only can't send text or make a call. I checked the sim and tried another sim make no differents 2 the problem please help

- Phone goes straight to voicemail when rung.

Solution 1: Do a hard reset. Hold the power button down for ten seconds or so, or Google how to do a hard reset.
